    Boy, I am really out of shape! I have a 3 year old nephew and going to the park is a full body workout. He runs up and down, hides in the most hard to reach spots and after I get him home I’m busted for the day.     I hear what you are saying. I know myself that spending 1 hour per day working out is a great thing to do, but is it really necessary? I seem to do well enough with just 90 minutes or so.

It seems that some people only need 10-15 minutes of power workouts daily to improve the way their body looks and feels.
