F4X Workout Reviews – Uncovering the Truth Behind Old School New Body

F4X workout reviews always seem to be unrealistic. Can a training program really turn back the clock and do so without devoting your life to the gym, or exercising day and night?

I was skeptical at first simply because I was duped so many times in the past by the current fads on the market. I show you exactly what the F4X training method delivers here.

F4X Method

The F4X training program is much different than anything you have tried before. While the concepts are the same, the methods utilized have been laid out in a way that makes sense. After all, not everyone wants to look like Hercules; some people just want to lose weight instead of gaining muscle.

The method that is seen in Old School New Body is broken down into 3 phases. Keep in mind that you can choose any one of these phases based on your own needs and current fitness level.

Phase 1

Dubbed the F4X Lean, this is a phase where you will follow an altered diet and a simple workout routine that does not keep you in the gym night and day. This is the phase to choose if you want to lose weight. Whether it is 10 pounds or 100 pounds, this phase will help you slim down to your desired weight.

Phase 1 is a personal favorite because it really demonstrates how little you need to do to lose weight. How long will you be expected to train during this phase? A mere 90 minutes a week.

Phase 2

Phase 2 is the Shape phase. This is where you will be able to tone your body after your weight loss. This will include further diet and exercise changes aimed at helping you really define your look. If you are already at your desired weight, you can start right on phase 2 and skip phase 1.

Phase 3

The Build phase. This phase is all about muscle growth. If you want to add pounds of muscle on to your body and do so naturally, this is the phase to choose. Keep in mind that if you want to lose weight, you still need to do the first phase.

During this phase, a few more diet changes are made, such as an increase in protein consumption, as well as exercise changes aimed at helping you add pounds of muscle to your frame.

The F4X Training System

One of the worst parts about most training systems is that you cannot do the same workouts as you did when you were 20 when you are 65. Unfortunately, our bodies age, and if we are not in optimal health, it can be impossible to do the same exercises as we could right after high school.

One of the startling finds in all F4X workout reviews is that this system works for people 30 – 65. You can perform these workouts for the majority of your life and see lasting results.

The F4X training system is derived into two major components that reflect the system’s authors perfectly.

  • Muscle Growth: Steve Holman is the master of muscle growth. An editor for Iron Man Magazine for 25 years, Steve provides his wealth of muscle building knowledge into every last exercise you will perform.
  • Diet and Nutrition: Steve’s wife, Becky Holman has taken care of the nutritional aspect of the system. Becky Has 10 years of experience in nutrition and lifestyle which translates directly into the Old School New Body system.

As a follower of this revolutionary fitness program, you will be expected to:

  • Dedicate 90 minutes per week to exercise.
  • Follow the diet and nutritional tweaks recommended.

If you can do that, you will see results. Beyond just the core program itself, Steve and Becky also include a plethora of bonuses to really jumpstart your journey to a younger, fitter you. Among these extras are:

  • A quick start guide.
  • A guide on fat burning.
  • A guide on muscle building.
  • A guide on health and happiness.
  • A guide on sex and anti-aging.
  • Motivational audio from 5 leads in the fitness industry.

Open ordering, you will gain instant access to the F4X Youth-Enhancing Bodyshaping System and all of the bonuses mentioned. This is the best $20 you will spend in your life if you want a simple, effective workout system that produces results over and over again.

I really like this F4x workout because you can’t really find any excuses not to do it! I mean, even if you are a person that doesn’t have more than 20 minutes daily to dedicate to something like this, you can still do it. You just need to put in 90 minutes every week to get a strong, lean and healthy body! What’s your excuse for not doing it?

Because my current weight is ok with me, I will go straight to phase 2 and try to shape my body the way I want it to look. It’s clear to me that I need to invest more in the food I buy and drastically reduce fatty foods. I also need to cut down on the amount of alcohol I have weekly. Drinking more water is also in my plan.

I certainly can’t tell anyone to not drink alcohol, but from my experience having fewer drinks is far better for getting into shape and staying that way. Good luck with Phase 2!
